The ASG CZ Shadow 2 CO2 air pistol takes its styling from its true steel counterpart and offers all the same great features.
 
The shutter is made of anodized aluminum and features a less rounded and more angular design with a slight increase in weight due to being larger. The added weight and sharper bolt design make recoil management easier and allow for more accurate shots on target. The serrations on the slide are deeper and more pronounced, thus giving the shooter a firmer grip when cocking the bolt. The lines on the front and back of the pistol grip are also more distinct and when combined with the CNC machined zinc plates, which are thinner in profile, promote a much better grip on the pistol grip.
 
The trigger guard has also been extended for easier access to the trigger and allows for smoother operation when wearing gloves. The Shadow 2 also features a new angled cut grip, which is deeper in the tail. A new cutout in the trigger guard allows the Shadow 2 to sit more firmly in the shooter's hand and promotes better recoil management. The magnifier magazine release cover is adjustable with three positions available that can be adjusted using only a hex tool.
 
 
The magazine safety has a sharper profile to give the shooter a positive confirmation when he presses it.
